All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (Stripe, Razorpay, or similar). We never store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.

  • We only receive a token or the last 4 digits of your card from the payment provider.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are tracked but do not involve card data.
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🔒
Bank-grade security: All card data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and stored by our PCI-compliant processor.
6

Cookies & Tracking

Our website and app use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in between sessions.
  • Remember your cart and delivery address.
  • Measure which features are useful and which need improvement.
